About Jerrica Knicole

Jerrica Knicole is a multi-genre artist and emerging producer hailing from the heart of Alabama. Her sound is a bold fusion of soul-soaked R&B, pop, funk, trap, and hip-hop — a reflection of the diverse musical palette she’s crafted over time.
Raised in the church, Jerrica’s musical journey began with gospel roots and a quiet voice. It wasn’t until her 30s that she fully embraced her artistry — learning to see her voice, story, and sound as powerful tools for connection. Now, she's not only singing and writing but producing her own work with intention and soul.
Inspired by icons like Beyoncé and Jazmine Sullivan — and fueled by the creative bond she shares with her brother, rapper MRTZ Poet — Jerrica channels both vulnerability and fire into every note. Her work is a testament to growth, resilience, and the beauty of coming into your own.
